Where in Australia can you learn to use encaustic medium?
Look, the best place to find out is at your nearest college or University art department. I live nearest UNH right now, and go to the Linux User Group meetings on their campus. Despite having no other connection I've found faculty and staff very helpful about where to find reputable art supply stores and who's running what workshop in the state.
