Do medium sized rats in the petstore grow?

in the pet store thet have medium and small sized rats. Does this mean the rats are babies or are they not going to grow into normal sized rats?

Do medium sized rats in the petstore grow?
Yes. Al rats will grow to be roughly the same adult size, no matter how large they are in the display cage. The sizes mostly vary with age, or species.

Harry: you have been reported twice now.
Reply:The rats that have labels like "jumbo" or "medium" are only a way to describe the current size of the rat. These rats are sold as food for people's snakes and reptiles, so the size is a way of identifying the amount of food the rat represents. But the smaller rats are just younger. Usually, those considered medium are in their adolescent stage.

Rats do not actually come in different sizes. All rats are rats, and are all the same size in adulthood. Obviously, since all are different, some will grow slightly larger or smaller than others, but they are still all the same type of rat.
Reply:Yes they grow into regular sized rats.

As sad as it is, stating them as 'small, medium, large' sized rats are just a sales gimick %26amp; for people who feed them to snakes.
Reply:Yes they grow and she is right there size is really showing there age!!!!!! i.e the smaller they are the younger they are, the bigger they are the older they are!!!!!!
