There Are A Lot Of Them.

Reply:toy poodle.
Reply:There are several to choose from. You need to check out www.puppyfinders.com. I have a cocker spaniel (plus 2 pits) and the cocker is medium size and doesn't shed but he does need to be groomed. He also love attention so we have to spend alot of time with him.
Reply:darlyngirl1983 has a wonderful list of dogs! Well done!

Now, to actually acquire one of these breeds, please visit breed rescue. They are experts in their breeds and can help you determine which breed is right for you. Simply go to google.com or yahoo.com and type in the breed, rescue, and you state.

25% of all dogs killed in our local shelters are perfectly good pure-breeds. Please visit petfinder.com to search for your new best friend! The small breed dogs are often relinquished by owners entering nursing homes, Paris Hilton wannabe's who have tired of their responsibility, people who are moving into rentals that don't allow dogs, etc.

Often, breed rescue dogs are already fixed, vaccinated, potty trained, behavior tested, etc. How awesome is that!

And because they are usually adults, you are assured of their size. I don't know how many 40 pound chihuahuas I see! The pet stores lie to make a quick buck!

Good luck!

Here are some low shed dogs. Most of them have longer hair.

My understanding is this.

Dogs shed alot or Dogs have long/curly fur and need to be bushed often and cut often. Short haired dogs all shed more then long haired dogs. All dogs shed- some are low-shed. You may need to compromise...
Reply:My Cocker spaniel doesn't shed. and if he does, I don't notice... he took a while 2 house break, but he's awesome!!!
