What do you do if you order a medium hot chocolate, and get a large?

Twice now I've gone in to Dunkin Donut's, and ask for a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream.. YET! I get a large! What is this catastrophe? My friend is convinced that I look like a lawyer and they fear me taking them to court. What is YOUR take on the issue, Yahoo Answers?

What do you do if you order a medium hot chocolate, and get a large?
if I got a med hot chocolate and got a large I would take it back to the counter and tell them they made a mistake, i ask for a medium. Or maybe they are just being nice and they might have been out of medium cups if it happens again ask them
Reply:I would tell them that I didn't order a large, and most likely they would just say to keep it.
Reply:If they put whipped cream on it they have to put it in a larger cup so the whipped cream fits under the lid. Honestly if you are that concerned that you may be getting a LARGE go somewhere else for your hot chocolate or make it at home yourself

Reply:Maybe they're being nice to a regular customer, or maybe hot chocolate has different sizes now.
